Alaro is an African American clothing brand launched in 2015 in Washington DC. The brand’s vision is a quality clothing brand that reflects diversity. Alaro is a mixture of African, American, European styles with a hint of indian style. Diversity is at the core of the designer’s philosophy for fashion. From Benin to America, and parts of Europe, the designer considers himself as a citizen of the world, embracing as many cultures along his path.

The clothes are 'Handmade' by professionals tailors from Africa and Europe. ALARO designs are composed of a variety of clothing styles, ranging from urban casual to the sophisticated and formal. Diverse set of fabrics make up many of the brand's products, such as the fabulous Ankara (prints from africa), muslin, polyester, lace and other fabrics from different parts of the world.
